Endorser (“We”, “Us” or “Endorser”) respect your privacy and the security of your personal information.

This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes our information and privacy practices with regard to the www.myendorser.com website ("Site"), and the types of information we may gather from you and other visitors to the Site. Unless stated otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected on the Site and does not apply to information collected offline or otherwise outside of the Site. It also describes the choices available to you regarding the use of, your access to, and how to update and correct your personal information. By browsing or using services on our Site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy and consent to our use of cookies and similar technologies.

Information We Collect

The information we collect generally falls into one of three categories:

- Information that personally identifies you: This is commonly referred to as “personal information” and includes, for example, information that you may provide such as your name, email address, home mailing address, home telephone number, or payment information (including your bank account or credit card number). We also collect date of birth and Social Security Number (SSN) if you apply through our Site to become a client of Endorser. Personal information does not include information that has been stripped of personally identifying information and aggregated so that it can no longer be used to identify a specific person;

- Information about your business: This information is considered commercial information and includes, but is not limited to, a customer’s business name, address, telephone and/or fax numbers, email address, business tax identification number, and corporate financial account information; and

- Information that relates to you, but on its own, does not identify you: This includes information about your Internet connection, the equipment you use to access our online services, and information relating to your usage of those services.

Endorser provides commercial services from its offices in the United States. If you are visiting this Site from outside the United States and provide us with personal information, please note that your personal information will be transferred, stored and processed within the United States, and you explicitly consent to this transfer.

How We Collect Information

Endorser may provide you a form for inquiries and/or an application for services that can be submitted online. The online form and application will require you to provide us certain information about your business including, but not limited to, the business name, address, telephone number, email address, and financial information. This information is used to facilitate a business relationship between your company and Endorser.

If you apply through this Site to become a client of Endorser, you will be asked to provide additional information including your date of birth and Social Security Number to validate your identity or make a determination of eligibility.

Several areas of the Site may permit you to enter your email address for purposes including, but not limited to, registering an account, signing up for email newsletters and special offers, or to be contacted by an Endorser representative. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, or you can contact us using any of the methods described below in the Contact Information section of this Privacy Policy.

Collection through Automated Collection Technologies

We also gather certain information automatically through cookies and other industry standard collection mechanisms. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), your operating system, date/time stamp, the country or state from which you accessed our Site, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site.

Tracking Technologies

Endorser uses cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movements around the Site, and gather information about our user base as a whole.

A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer or mobile device as you navigate websites.  Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default.  You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level, but if you choose to disable cookies, it may limit your use of certain features or functions on our Site. We send a "session cookie" to your computer or other access device when you log into the Site. This type of cookie helps us to recognize you if you visit multiple pages on the Site during the same session, so that we do not need to ask you for your password on each page. Once you log out or close your browser, the cookie expires and no longer has any effect.

Our third party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on the Site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. If you wish not to have this information used for the purpose of serving you interest-based ads, you may opt-out by adjusting your web browser settings. Please note that this does not opt out of being served any ads. You will continue to receive generic ads.

Web beacons (a.k.a. clear GIFs, web bugs or pixel tags), are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. Web beacons are embedded invisibly on web pages. We may use web beacons, in connection with our websites to, among other things, track the activities of visitors, help us manage content, and compile statistics about usage of the websites.

User Data Supplementation

We may receive information about you from other sources, including publicly available databases or third parties from whom we have purchased data, and we may combine this data with information we already have about you.
