Endorser (“We”, “Us” or “Endorser”) respect your privacy and the security of your personal information.

The information we collect generally falls into one of three categories:
- Information that personally identifies you: This is commonly referred to as “personal information” and includes, for example, information that you may provide such as your name, email address, home mailing address, home telephone number, or payment information (including your bank account or credit card number). Endorser provides commercial services from its offices in the United States. If you are visiting this Site from outside the United States and provide us with personal information, please note that your personal information will be transferred, stored and processed within the United States, and you explicitly consent to this transfer.
How We Collect Information
Information You Provide
Endorser may provide you a form for inquiries and/or an application for services that can be submitted online. The online form and application will require you to provide us certain information about your business including, but not limited to, the business name, address, telephone number, email address, and financial information. This information is used to facilitate a business relationship between your company and Endorser.
If you apply through this Site to become a client of Endorser, you will be asked to provide additional information including your date of birth and Social Security Number to validate your identity or make a determination of eligibility.
Collection through Automated Collection Technologies
We also gather certain information automatically through cookies and other industry standard collection mechanisms. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), your operating system, date/time stamp, the country or state from which you accessed our Site, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site.
Our third party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on the Site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. If you submit an application online, all information will be used by our sales representatives to contact you and discuss engaging in a business relationship with Endorser.

In certain situations, we may disclose such information in response to lawful requests from public authorities and/or law enforcement officials conducting investigations including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. How Can You Update or Delete Your Information?
The Site does not offer a way to delete the personal information you provided. Please contact your sales representative to have your online account disabled/deleted. Your sales representative will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. However, we will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. We will also retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Personal Information of Children
Endorser provides a service for commercial entities. We do not knowingly collect or retain personal information for children under the age of thirteen (13). Any information received from a child under the age of 13 will be removed from our system once we learn that it has been submitted to us.
